The Parktrac car parking management station incorporates the complete system configuration. The user oversees and controls the entire system from a central location. Counters provide the necessary input data for tables, graphs and historical parking overviews.
Clicking on the icons calls up the detailed data on an outstation, which then allows this station to be operated. Customer transactions and the tickets or cards used can be monitored on screen. The overview screen also contains a window in which system alarms are displayed.
All software running on the outstations is managed from the management station, and because every update of outstation software is controlled centrally, optimal coordination is guaranteed.
The management station is configured as a multi-user system, which means that the system is accessible from several workstations. The degree of functionality is determined on the basis of user authorisation levels. The system administrator assigns each user to a group with specified authorisation rights. Each group is associated with a certain set of options. The server and workstations communicate with each other via an Ethernet network.
For reporting purposes, Parktrac utilises Crystal Reports software and comes equipped with various standard reports. You can exert your influence here too, by creating new reports or changing the layout of a standard report in confirmation with the company's house style.
